The Objective

Efficient and transparent outdoor media planning and buying across 40 cities globally. Centralised control, in Istanbul, over all media planning. 

The Methodology

Leveraging Mediabridge global network scale for specialised local planning expertise and improved rate negotiation.

The Execution

Entrusting global planning with the Mediabridge account management team and the bitposter platforms, Turkish Airlines benefited in significantly more fluid campaign planning. In a fast moving environment complex with multi-regional stakeholders, speed and reactiveness to continuously changing requirements was a key factor in reducing executional overheads.

By leveraging technology, the Mediabridge team were able to offer a realtime view of the planning lifecycle across not only the 40 cities for this campaign, but also up to a dozen other campaigns in planning over a programme of work.

The Mediabridge global network ensured quality and value of site selection, as team members across the network have local knowledge.
